Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy the digital edition of 50 Ways to Cut Off Your Finger and Hands to Save Your Arms by Samuel C. Sparks from this site. By placing an order you agree to them.

What you are buying

A digital PDF copy of Volume 1 for $19.99 (USD). There is no physical copy. Prices are in US dollars and include everything you pay at checkout.

Delivery

After your payment goes through, you are taken to a page where you can download the PDF, and we email you the same download link. The link is personal to you and expires after 30 days. If an email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us at samuelsparksbook@louxxe.com.

Your license

You get a personal, non-transferable license to read the book on your own devices. You may not copy, resell, share, post or distribute the file or its contents, except for brief quotations as allowed by law. The book remains copyright © 2026 Samuel C. Sparks. All rights reserved.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment processor. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and major cards. We do not store your full card details. By paying you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

Refunds

Because the book is a digital product delivered immediately, all sales are final, with two exceptions. If you were charged more than once, we will refund the extra charge. If the download never reached you, we will resend your file. Contact us at samuelsparksbook@louxxe.com within 30 days of your purchase.

Not professional advice

The book shares the author’s faith-based perspective and personal reflections. It is not medical, legal, financial or mental health advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Illustrative stories are not about real people, and any resemblance to actual persons is coincidental.

Limits of liability

The book is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
